Merv Cartwright Medal

The Merv Cartwright Medal is a night of pride, passion, and recognition. Celebrating the standout contributors to the Penrith Panthers and the wider rugby league community.

This year’s event took on even greater meaning, marking the official launch of the brand-new Western Sydney Conference Centre and Pullman Sydney Penrith. A big night in a big new space, with expectations to match.

Our job? Help set the tone. From the first guest arrival to the final standing ovation, we worked behind the scenes to help shape the mood. Elevating the space with a design that felt polished, powerful, and full of momentum.

It wasn’t about flashy tech. It was about building a backdrop worthy of the people being honoured, and the place now welcoming them. The result was a seamless, high-impact experience that honoured both tradition and fresh beginnings.

A milestone event, for a team that knows what big moments really mean. And for us, a chance to help make it feel as special as it deserved to be.
