Family Business Association

Western Sydney Conference Centre, NSW

We recently had the opportunity to support the Family Business Association at the Western Sydney Conference Centre, delivering full AV production for both the conference sessions and their annual gala dinner.

Across the conference program, our team worked behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. From keynote presentations to panel discussions and breakout sessions, our focus was on delivering clear audio, sharp visuals and seamless transitions between each segment of the event. When the technical side runs effortlessly, it allows the audience to stay fully engaged with the speakers and the conversations happening in the room. Exactly how it should be.

With a packed schedule and multiple moving parts throughout the day, careful planning and attention to detail were key. Our crew managed the technical flow of the event, supporting presenters as they moved through the program and ensuring every session maintained its momentum.

As the conference wrapped up, the venue was transformed for the evening’s Masquerade Ball Gala Dinner. The room took on a completely different atmosphere, with dramatic lighting used throughout the space to create a sense of theatre and anticipation as guests arrived for the evening celebration.

A striking giant masquerade mask became the centrepiece of the room, setting the tone for the event and tying the entire theme together. Combined with carefully designed lighting across the venue, the space was transformed into an elegant and immersive setting for the evening’s festivities.

As guests arrived wearing their masks, the room quickly filled with energy. A perfect setting for a night of celebration, networking and reflection on the insights shared throughout the conference.

Events like this are always rewarding to be part of. They bring together thoughtful discussions during the day and meaningful connections in the evening, and we’re proud to have played a role in delivering a seamless technical experience from start to finish.
