The Australian Foundation for Disability’s annual Gala Ball stepped out of the ordinary and straight into Wonderland. With an “Alice in Wonderland” theme, the evening invited guests into a world of whimsy, colour, and unexpected moments. Brought to life through immersive design and AV storytelling.

From the moment guests arrived, the transformation was clear. Oversized florals, scattered playing cards, and nods to the Mad Hatter’s tea party set the stage for a truly enchanting experience. Performers moved through the crowd as beloved characters, adding life, laughter, and a bit of mischief to the night.

To support the magic, we helped bring Wonderland to life through audiovisual design that didn’t just fill the room. It shifted the atmosphere. Interactive projections guided guests through iconic scenes from the story, while a curated soundtrack carried them deeper into the theme with each moment. Every cue, every colour, every effect was built to feel seamless and surreal.

Dinner was no afterthought either. Think playful desserts worthy of the Queen of Hearts and cocktails served in vintage teacups, all delivered with theatrical flair.
