Arkaan Gala – Saltbox

Saltbox, Redfern

For the Arkaan Gala at Saltbox, the brief was all about creating a polished event space with a strong visual focus for the night.

At the centre of the setup was a large LED screen positioned behind the stage, creating the backdrop for presentations, announcements and event content throughout the evening. With almost every seat in the room facing the stage, the screen became a natural focal point without taking away from the clean look of the venue.

Lighting helped bring the rest of the room to life. We used colour and carefully positioned fixtures around the stage and venue to add atmosphere and complement the existing architecture of Saltbox, giving the space a warmer feel as guests arrived.

From bump-in and building the LED screen through to lighting, staging and getting everything show-ready, it was a complete transformation of the room.

The result was a clean, modern setup that gave the Arkaan Gala its own look for the night. Big screen, subtle lighting and just the right amount of atmosphere.

Another great Sydney event brought together by the Sydney Metro AV team.
